PROJECT OVERVIEW
The AFRO event, hosted by American Chase (Indore Office)— which is basically a global IT services and consulting company with a presence in both India and USA. The vision was to envisioned as more than a corporate gathering.
As a part of the event Reel 9 Studio got the opportunity to make the event into a high-energy, technology-driven experience, where digital creativity and immersive visuals came together seamlessly.
We started with transforming the space using LED mapping and AI-generated visuals, turning LED surfaces into dynamic storytelling mediums. Motion, light, and content were carefully aligned to create a cinematic, cohesive and engaging visual flow.
The integration of AI-driven content added a forward-looking edge—making the experience not just visually compelling, but innovative.
This project reflects how technology, when used with intent, can elevate corporate events into immersive, high-impact experiences.
THE CONCEPT
The idea was simple:
“Make the stage feel alive.”
Instead of treating visuals as a background element, we approached them as an active part of the experience.
We built a dynamic system combining the following:
AI-generated visuals designed around identity and expression
Face projection mapping to bring a strong human connection to the stage
Large-scale LED mapping to expand visuals into the surrounding space
Faces became the emotional anchor of the experience—
turning the stage into something people could relate to, not just look at.
THE CHALLENGES
Every transition, every frame, every light interaction was carefully designed so that.
The visuals didn’t sit behind the event—
They moved with it.
EXECUTION
The experience was designed to run seamlessly in a live environment—where timing, precision, and visual impact were critical.
Reel 9 Studio built a synchronized system combining AI visuals, face projection mapping, and LED content, aligned with the event flow.
